The Co-Lead Agencies considered comments received during scoping (from September 2012 through January 2013) and summarized them in a publicly available Scoping Report. Appendix G of the Scoping Report contains all comments received during scoping.

Comments regarding the Gateway Pacific Terminal/Custer Spur proposal will continue to be collected and made publicly available. Comments received since the closing of the scoping period can be found below.
